TJ Medical carries only high quality medical grade products. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products at the best price. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns: Most items may be returned within 21 days from the date of sale for a refund of the product purchase price, less a $5.00 restocking fee. Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging. We suggest that when you receive your product, try it on inside your house to see if it fits properly. If it is not the correct fit, place the product back in it original packaging and return for size exchange.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any Item returned more than 21 days after Date of Sale
- Any Item that is damaged or missing parts
- Any Item that has been used in any shape or form
- Any Item that is dirty or soiled
- Any Item missing appropriate instructions
- Any Item noted on our Web site and/or labeled on the package as non-returnable due to health and sanitary reasons: Plantar FXT, Visco Ped S Insoles, Visco Spot Heel Cushions, Compression Stockings, Silipos products and other products noted as non-returnable on our Web site.
Final determination of whether a product is in unused, resalable condition is at the sole discretion of TJ Medical. Items deemed non-returnable shall be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges: Simply send the wrong size item back to us in like new
condition within 21 days and we will send you the correct size at no additional charge.
